In the very centre of Split, a factory built in the late 1920’s was completely ruined by fire in the early 1980’s. Today, like a beautiful phoenix rising from its ashes, it’s a dramatic new building that has become Split’s leading lifestyle, boutique hotel. In 2008 a local business couple with vision, Mr. and Mrs. Parčina, decided to buy the old factory site and change it into a brand new, luxury, boutique hotel. With the help of a famous local architect, Mr. Vjekoslav Ivanišević, the Parcina’s have developed a one-of-a-kind property. Not only a beautiful building which enhances a main street in town, but a hotel whose unique amenities makes it a true destination. Our stylish and lifestyle design and furnishings were carefully chosen by Ms. Parčina herself—a personal celebration of what’s fresh, inventive, sleek, and flavoured with Split’s ancient marine heritage.
